This much loved range of ornamental pigs were first produced in 1993 by Collectible World Studios but the idea and design of the range came from much renowned artist David Corbridge. His special brand of humour and unique quirky animation has proved a winning combination and this is reflected in his hard to resist in his now world famous range. The very first figure in the range he designed was called Piggin Tired and he got the inspiration for this after seeing a pig sleeping contentedly with his head rested on an old tractor tyre. The range continues to grow today with increasing popularity.
